Intellectual Property Notice

UNVAULT and its related technologies are protected by a portfolio of patent applications, including:

  • International Patent Application No. PCT/US25/55750, filed November 17, 2025
  • U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 63/985,753, filed February 18, 2026

These applications relate to systems and methods for digital asset management, including, without limitation, cross-chain NFT interoperability, canonical identity mapping, multi-network token state synchronization, vaulting and activation control mechanisms, marketplace routing, and royalty enforcement systems.

Additional U.S. and international patent applications may be pending, including unpublished applications.

UNVAULT reserves all rights in its intellectual property. No license, express or implied, is granted except as expressly set forth in written agreements.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or implementation of UNVAULT technology, including any systems or methods described in its patent filings, may constitute infringement and will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
